J M Posted December 19, 2023 Report Share Posted December 19, 2023 I have a new computer and support gave me my serial number to load on the new device for Nitro Pro. When entered it says "serial number does not exist." I try to go through the deactivation steps, and it says "select devices to deactivate." There are no devices listed I can select. It says I have 2 devices remaining to load Nitro to. I'm stuck in a loop and can't get it activated with the serial number. The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro. Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13. Please uninstall the version you installed. And then get the correct version 13 installer from the page below: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, activate with your serial number.
