Activate Nitro Pro

Hi,

I have Nitro pro 12.6.1.298 installed on a computer which malfunctions and shuts down (I can't deactivate the license), now I have a new computer, I have installed nitro pro 13 (I only see to download version 13 and 14 on the nitro website) but when I enter the serial of Nitro 12.6 in the new pc with Nitro 13 it gives error.

what can you do?
