Isaiah Jefferson Posted December 20, 2023 Report Share Posted December 20, 2023 I'm troubleshooting an issue with Nitro sign trial expiration. I have multiple users that use Nitro Pro 13 and do not receive this error. I recently had a user that created a Nitro account and now her trial is expired but she has Nitro Pro 14 license that was purchased for her which to my understanding should include Nitro sign. What should we do? I've also tried creating a Nitro account and used both a Nitro Pro 13, and 14 license. It says that I have x amount of days left for the trial.
