We are trying to install in new PC after deactivating old PC. It is not allowing us. I have inspected your Nitro Pro 11 with the above serial number and found out that this is already deactivated on our end as it went to a version upgrade. When an upgrade happens, the older version gets deactivated on our end and users are provided with a new license to match their upgrade version. In your case, your organization upgraded it to Nitro PDF Pro 14 last December 28, 2023, under Reference Number 437xyz126 by Jyothi Chilakala. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
