"-24 Error: Activation Error: The prompt seen below will appear when attempting to activate Nitro PDF Pro versions 6 - 12.16.3.574. In 2021 our activation servers for the aforementioned versions of Nitro PDF Pro were retired. All active Serial Numbers originally provisioned for these older versions of Nitro PDF Pro were given an upgrade and can now be used with Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574. "

Where can we download this 12.16.9.574 version?

We changed two computers for a new ones and we need to install your software that are, as you can see,  allowed to install.

Once you click “Deactivate”, you can activate your license immediately by entering the below serial number into Nitro Pro.
