Hello,

I have had this issue once before and it was addressed by @Leslie V however I am having issues getting support.

Generally I am happy with the product, however, I am once again having issues with my license.

To further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible to this thread.

Thank you for this information and my apologies for the delay.

Looking at your account records, you purchased a Nitro PDF Pro 13 with serial number 504976-uvwxyz-262280 (part of it is hidden for security).

Have you tried activating the program with the complete key?

If you do not have the key, we resent it so please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
