Wes Miller Posted December 29, 2023 Report Share Posted December 29, 2023 i upgraded my nitro on feb 12, 2021. the serial number is i have a serial number. last week i purchased a new computer and i want to activate my nitro on the new computer. it won't activate. the activation area says no serial number can be located. yet when i punch the serial number into the find my license area it tells me to deactivate the old device - to select the device - but where? how? i want to activate my account. wes Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
