Can see fine when open in Nitro but if sent secure mail will not print but will in Adobe

I use secure mail (via Outlook desktop) once in awhile due to confidential info on Forms people send me.   I can open the PDF attachment fine and read it. However the type that the client types in will not print.... HOWEVER Adobe prints it fine.    I have used Nitro for many years and this issue seems to be new since had to just download Adobe and surprisingly prints fine.   

Using Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112 and of course is my default pdf reader and the problem is only when someone sends me  secure mail in reply to my sending them a form by secure mail using [Secure] in the topic.  It is via an exchange server.
