How do I uninstall 14 PDF Pro so I can revert back to 13? My co. has an enterprise license and I was testing out 14 to see if it was worth it for us to upgrade but now I can't uninstall it. It doesn't show in my control panel. Very frustrating and not user friendly.

Please download and run our Clean Up utility to uninstall your current Nitro Pro and reboot your machine:

If that did not help, run MS FixIt to uninstall (or delete traces from previous installations) your Nitro Pro:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed
