Is this happening when working with specific PDF files? If yes, how were these files created and what software was used (e.g. from an external source like a website, from an email message, AutoCad converted-to-PDF files, Crystal Reports (ERP), FileOpen encrypted files, Adobe LiveCycle, Adobe Designer or an internal application/reporting tool)?
