We are being plagued by the DawnCache and GPUcache folders

We are being plagued by the DawnCache and GPUcache folders as well all over our file servers since upgrading users to 14. We literally have thousands of these folders now. I would love to know how to stop those from being created.

Has there been any resolution to this plague of DawnCache and GPUcache folders appearing randomly in folders where PDFs are being saved at?

Our Product Team has been made aware of this issue and is already working on a fix. The updated information will be posted on our Release Notes page located here https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/release-notes

While the fix for this issue is being worked on, the available workaround is to delete the additional folders (GPUCache, DawnCache, etc), then open Nitro > File > Preferences > Notifications, and uncheck "Show in-product messages". This should stop the issue from occurring.
