Unable to load documents

I'm trying to load documents into Nitro Sign to send them for signature, but all I get is the spinning wheel of death and the documents will not load. I've logged off and logged back in - no difference.

Any suggestions as to what is going on? I'm running Windows 11 Pro, 23H2 Version, OS Build 22631.2861, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0

I understand you are experiencing an issue uploading a document to Nitro Sign.
Upload issues in Nitro Sign will occur if the file goes beyond any of the following limitations:

• Max 20MB per document
• Max 250 Pages per document
• Cannot upload files that have been protected (e.g., password security added or already has a digital signature applied)

If the document is more than 250 pages, I recommend reducing the pages in your Document by only sending the pages that need to be reviewed or signed.
If the document file size has exceeded the upload limit, you can use the 'Optimize PDF' option in Nitro PDF Pro to reduce the file size. Please refer to our KB about Reducing PDF file size
