andrea quintana Posted January 2 Report Share Posted January 2 HI, I HAVE THE NITRO PRO 14 BUT I WAS HAVING TROUBLES WITH IT IN SAVING MY DOCUMENTS SO I DESINSTALL THE PROGRAM AND FOLLOW A RECOMENDATION IN THIS FORUM ABOUT DOWNLOAD THE NITRO PRO 13 VERSION SO I DID IT, BUT NOW THAT I'M TRYING TO ACTIVATE THE ACOUNT THE SISTEM SEND MY THE MESSAGE THAT DE NUMBER CAN´T BE ACTIVATED. I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. An activation issue will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate. Since you have a version 14 license, you should be installing Nitro PDF Pro 14 so you can successfully activate. To activate using your version 14 license, please uninstall Nitro PDF Pro 13 and then install Nitro PDF Pro 14 using the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please click 'Download Nitro Pro 14' link.
