Hi guys,

I've just installed Nitro Pro on my new laptop and it has told me that my trial has expired already! I have never used Nitro PDF before and this is a brand new laptop.

Does anyone know if I have some conflicting software or something else that could be causing this? I really need to give his a good trial for company use.

Could you please provide which version of Nitro PDF Pro is installed on your new laptop?
The details can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

Please provide as well the Nitro computer ID that can also be found within the application, under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Deactivate > Advanced.

Could you please also provide the Nitro Computer ID that can be found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Deactivate > Advanced. 
Please copy the Nitro Computer ID and paste them here so I can review its record.
