I am trying to convert a .pdf from within an email in Microsoft 365 - Outlook to a Word document and I am receiving the following error.

Word experienced an error trying to open the file.
Try the suggestions.

* Check the file permissions for the document or drive.

* Make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space.

* Open the file with the Text Recovery converter.

(C;\Users\...\C_itinerary (002).docx)

In Nitro Pro 13 I was able to do this, but after converting Nitro Pro 14 I am now unable. If I save the file, then convert it there is no issues. I receive many .pdfs that I need to convert to Word via email, daily. Please help.

Hello @Jason Newton,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and we sincerely apologize for the delay!

For the sake of initial troubleshooting this issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603

If the Modify button is greyed out, please refer to this screen-cast that will teach you how to go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features and repair your Nitro Pro program or any application installed on your system: https://www.screencast.com/t/rvpUkq40c

If repairing didn't help, could you please provide the following?:

-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro PDF Pro 14? Any changes you were aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?

-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

-What build of Nitro PDF Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 14.XX.X.XX, e.g. 14.14.0.13) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features under the Version column. Sending over a screenshot of the 'About Nitro Pro' window will also help me understand what MSI version was used (Retail, Business, or Enterprise).

-Kindly open the PDF file > go to File > Document Properties. Could you please provide a screenshot of the 'Summary' tab? What we are looking for is the content of the 'Creator' and the 'Producer' under the General pane. To find out how to take a screenshot using the Snipping Tool, check out this link:

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
