PDF's opening in the background when forms created in Nitro

Hi All

For some reason when I create a PDF's in Nitro which have form fields, when you go to open the document up it pops up in the background. (see image below)

• Any PDF's I have created without forms will open as per normal.
• I have tried non Nitro created PDF's with forms and they open as per normal.
• If I open the PDF I created with forms and Acrobat reader, it opens up as per normal.
• Using Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574, which I know if fairly old, however, not sure if that would be the issue.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
