Soha Saiyed Posted January 5 Report Share Posted January 5 I just reinstalled Nitro 13 after experiencing issues and when I click "request signature," the notification tells me that my browser should automatically open Nitro Sign after "saving" the pdf. It does not and so I clicked on the "Open Nitro Sign" link provided and that does not work either. I have logged into my Nitro account in Pro and it's showing my information, so not sure why there is no pop up to go into the browser at all.
