I purchased the Nitro PDF Pro 14 product. Suddenly I have a popup that says my "trial version" has expired. I do NOT have a trial version. When I opened a support ticket with my serial number, it shows that my account is "active," and allows one re-activation after deactivating.   I do not want to use up my one re-activation until I get a new computer.  Help.

I have adjusted your version 14 license so you can reactivate Nitro PDF Pro 14 on your computer. To activate, please launch Nitro PDF Pro 14, and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter your version 14 license then click Activate.

Kind regards,

Kind regards,

It worked. Thank you! (I had to fiddle a couple of times. I hope I can still intall it again on a new computer when I get one.)
