Nitro Pro 14 stopped printing...

Recently Nitro Pro 14 stopped printing to network printers.

Print jobs from Nitro Pro 14 briefly show up and disappear in the Win10 print queue, but never print.

The printer logs (Canon iR-ADV C5840 and  Canon iR-ADV 6855) do not show any errors, or that the print jobs arrived at the printer at all.

The user can print from Word, Excel, Chrome, and other apps with no problem.  The user has been working around this problem by opening PDFs in Chrome and printing with no issue, so I do not suspect the problem is with the Windows, the workstation, PDF files, network or printers.

The printer drivers are up to date, as well as Windows 10 and Dell workstation drivers.

As a troubleshooting measure, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro PDF Pro 14 with no change in this problem.

The currently installed version after re-installation and activation is

Please advise on how to best troubleshoot this issue.

It's been two weeks and no response from Nitro.

So glad to see that my paid product gets zero support.

Very disappointed that Nitro does such a poor job of supporting their customers.

Greetings @Ken C

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!
We apologize for the delay in replying to your post.

I understand you application can print to network printers but not in Nitro PDF Pro.
Please try removing Nitro PDF Pro using our cleanup tool then reinstall Nitro PDF Pro. This cleanup tool will remove all traces of Nitro and the process differs with the Windows uninstall. Below is the link on how to use the Clean Up Tool to Remove Nitro Pro:

If needed, the Nitro PDF Pro 14 installer can be located here:

And it only took 6 weeks to get a reply!

I've uninstalled Nitro and got another PDF editor to work.

I'll keep this in mind if I ever decide to install Nitro again for a client.
