Failed to re-activate my serial number on the same computer after i re-installed windows.

I recently re-installed my wimdows and had to re-install my Nitro PDF pro. I followed instructions in the support center. I searched for my serial number and deactivated as instructed to enable me activate it in the app again but it has still failed to activate. I have decided to give it some time and will try again

Please provide your serial number and the version of the application installed on the computer.
The Nitro PDF Pro version can be located within the application under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

This information will help us understand and troubleshoot the issue.
