Anthony Makumbi Posted January 8 Report Share Posted January 8 I recently re-installed my wimdows and had to re-install my Nitro PDF pro. I followed instructions in the support center. I searched for my serial number and deactivated as instructed to enable me activate it in the app again but it has still failed to activate. Please provide your serial number and the version of the application installed on the computer. The Nitro PDF Pro version can be located within the application under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
