Nitro Pro Windows 14.18.1.41 Crashing when adding text or signature to PDF

When I try to add text to a PDF I am able to type 1-2 letters, then the app closes. I tried creating a new signature (mouse doodle) after removing/reinstalling, but the app crashed before the signature was added as an option in Nitro.

Only occasionally get the option to send a crash report - mostly the app just freezes for a moment then closes.

Started happening earlier today with v14.7.1.21. I downloaded/ran the cleanup tool and installed the latest version (14.18.1.41).

Greetings @Mike McDonald

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

I would like to know if this is still an issue or already resolved.
If still an issue, can you try running the latest cleanup tool then install the latest build of version 14, which is 14.19.1.29?
If needed, the installer can be located here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro PDF Pro 14' link.
The Clean Up tool can be found here: https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_14.19.1.29/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip

If the issue persists, please let me know if the freezing issue can be reproduced on demand to any documents, including new document (File > New).

Kind regards,
