Cant access admin portal

I am the sole user of my Nitro Pro licence. 

I need to change the devices linked to my licence, but on the Nitro Admin page it states "Admin access required to view this page." . 

I am the only user linked to my profile, so this makes no sense. Now I cant get access to my Nitro pro features as the licence is still linked to an old device.

Any advice?

After checking your account records, you purchased a Nitro PDF Pro 13 single-user license, which does not need access to our Nitro Admin portal

Moving forward, we can see you were able to activate two times, last January 10th. Do you still need further assistance here?
