Account Did not Automatically Transition from Trial Period to Full Program with a Paid and Working Activation Number

I set up an account with a working activation number; however, after the trial period, it did not automatically switch to the full Nitro Sign/Pro program and is now asking for another payment. How do I set up my current account to the full program with the same activation number that has already been paid?
