I understand that I have to pay a discounted price,however when I enter the serial numbers in the link provided to upgrade the license I am getting the following error message: We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our and update us with your issue.
