Please download and install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using these direct MSI installers:

x64   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.7.60/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 
x32   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.7.60/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi

To know if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows system, please refer to this article:

You can now activate your copy of Nitro PDF Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number, and clicking Activate.

I'm sorry but i am getting extremely frustrated.  Each time i put that serial number in it is saying that it does not exist!

Please open the program, and go to the Help tab > 'About Nitro PDF Pro' window.

Are you seeing the build 13.70.0.7 60?

I got a 18 figures number from Nitro 13 (via Cleverbridge, starting with 504 and endig with 587)  and I want to upgrade to 14 but number is not recognized.
