Old laptop with nitro pro 13 has stopped working altogether

Hello,

While I still have the license number for Nitro Pro 13, my laptop, which had this programme installed has completely died. This has resulted in my buying a new laptop as I cannot even get into my old laptop to disable my license key for Nitro Pro 13 while at the same time, I am unable to activate it on my new laptop now. So I am caught between unable to activate it on my laptop. Could you perhaps let me know how this could be resolved? I do have the license key and can supply it if necessary and I am allowed 2 activations. The old laptop was a Lenovo laptop while the new laptop now is an ASUS Vivobook.

To further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible to this thread.

You can now activate your copy of Nitro PDF Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number, and clicking Activate.
