Nitro Sign essentials expired on one user but not another, how do I check subscription details for the active user?

Hi,

A client of ours purchased Nitro PDF Pro 4-Pack Perpetual license and believes that the product came with Nitro Sign essentials. Can I confirm Nitro Sign Essentials has ever been bundled in with Nitro PDF pro?

One of the user's portals says that Nitro Sign essentials has expired but the another's it says that is still active, I cannot find anywhere in those users portals to see how long the subscription has to go or how to renew or cancel it if we wanted to. Can you help shed some light on this? I cannot find anywhere to log a proper support ticket.
