Transferring NitroPro from old computer to new computer - a problem.

I have a license that allows for two activations.

One of the machines is old and has been replaced by a new one.

I went to the old machine and clicked "Deactivate" 

On the new computer I downloaded Nitro PDF Pro. The Trial has expired. 

The problem. On the new computer when I click Help - Activate the box that pops up below with "Use a serial to activate Nitro PDF Pro" disappears before I can move my mouse to it to click it.

Any ideas how I solved this other than paying for another license?
