Help with license transfer

Hello,

I am trying to transfer a license for one of my clients and the license is obscured, I need to find the full license key so I can deactivate it on the old laptop and install it on their new laptop.

License key : 504959XXXXXXXXXXXX

they were using Nitro Pro 13.67.0.45 and the email address used on the license is no longer active and they don't have access to it anymore.
also would like to know if their license covers version 14 
I prefer not to share the email address on a public forum though.

any chance I will get a response or an email address I can contact for this matter? would really appreciate the help if anyone could guide me on how i can get the full license key.
