Vicken Bedikian Posted January 16 Report Share Posted January 16 Hello, I am trying to transfer a license for one of my clients and the license is obscured, I need to find the full license key so I can deactivate it on the old laptop and install it on their new laptop. License key : 504959XXXXXXXXXXXX they were using Nitro Pro 13.67.0.45 and the email address used on the license is no longer active and they don't have access to it anymore. also would like to know if their license covers version 14 I prefer not to share the email address on a public forum though. thanks for the help.
