Convert a License Install to a Subscription Model on 17 machines

I have a customer that has 17 Machines Running Nitro Pro versions 12.4 to 14.3. They have recently switched from a single license model to a subscription model. Is there a way to script this install using the subscription license? Are there any switches I can use on the installation to enter the license key or Subscription email address? Thanks in Advance
