Recuperación de licencia

Hola 

He tratado de recuperar mi licencia de nitro desde hace más de 6 meses. La adquirí en marzo de 2021 pero por inconvenientes con la laptop donde estaba instalada no he podido recuperar mi producto.

He solicitado de todas las formas posibles pero nunca dan respuesta. Tienen un pésimo servicio de respuesta, nunca dieron si quiera un hola.

Necesito su ayuda para poder recuperar la licencia del producto, ya que no puedo ni siquiera obtener la serie debido al problema de la laptop.

I have been trying to get my nitro license back for over 6 months now. I purchased it in March 2021 but due to problems with the laptop where it was installed, I have not been able to recover my product.

I have requested in every possible way but they never respond. They have a terrible response service, they never even gave a hello.

I need your help to get the product license back as I can't even get the series due to the laptop problem.
