Licence transfert from old computer Nitro V11 to new computer Nitro V14

Hi there, I'm having a hard time deactivating (old computer) my Nitro Pro V11 Serial number xxxxxxx218  , I want to reactivate it on a new computer (it has version 14 on it) I would love to keep V12 on the new computer (I hate the new UI)
