I had to use a different email address (and PW) to set up a new account just to be able to post this help request. The email used to set up my original Nitro account is *********e34@hotmail.com. Please note that I did not find a Nitro Sign account that is associated with the email address *********e34@hotmail.com. I can see that you have used this email address to purchase a Nitro PDF Pro license last 2/17/2023, however, please be aware that a Nitro Sign account is not automatically created after purchasing a license.
