Hi,

We tried to install Nitro Pro Ver13, but we faced below message.
"Number of Allowed Activations Exceeded"

Could you please support to resolve this issue?

I am having  a similar issue, when i tried to de-activate an old machine i only see part of my key: 504993 followed by xxxxx.  I see a Computer ID when i clicked on advanced, and this begins with +lV0wCA...

We cannot find the original email when we purchased, but the buyer would have had an email @flynnco.com

To further assist you, I just adjusted your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number, and clicking Activate.
