Robert Taylor Posted January 10 Report Share Posted January 10 Hello I have a user that is using Nitro Pro 14 and is experiencing issues opening PDFs. The application freezes upon trying to open a pdf and can take up to 5 mins to display the pdf. I've uninstalled and re installed the program. I've run the nitro clean up tool I've cleared temp files from the appdata folder I've un installed and deleted everything nitro related from the registry and rebooted and re installed and the program has no improvement. The Client is a remote user and uses a VPN to access the documents he needs. This is a recent issues as it used to work fine. Is anyone having this issue with nitro pro 14? if so how do i fix it? We can improve the program when working with PDFs behind a VPN by opening the registry, going to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Nitro\Pro\14\settings and try changing the key: network_disk_enabled from /b 0 to /b 1 Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
