Activation for NitroSign only?

Hello, 

I am using the activation code given to me for my lifetime NitroPro account, but I am only gaining access to NitroSign, so I am wondering what is up with that? I cannot find the feature to create a PDF using HTML and it seems I should have that feature. Please let me know what is up. I can send you the code I have via private message.

Thank you for reaching out. I see there’s been some confusion regarding your Nitro Pro purchase.

The serial number (activation code) you’re using is for Nitro Pro 13, which is different from Nitro Sign. They require separate licenses.

You can create PDF files directly from HTML documents. To do this, simply open Nitro and use the "Create PDF" feature to select and convert your HTML file into a PDF. Alternatively, you can open the HTML file in a web browser and select "Nitro PDF Creator" from the printer options to print the HTML document to PDF.
