Tom Brückner Posted January 26 Report Share Posted January 26 I switched my MacBook to a new M3 model and want to migrate my PDF Pen Pro 12 license to it. But activation fails. I contacted the Nitro support team but only got a nonsense response, claiming that their are awaiting my feedback - although I never got a response from them. Today, I sent another request, just to be sure. This support is pretty bad. Is it run by KI as well?!
