Could you please try to activate again and if the issue persists, kindly provide the exact activation error message. In case you are receiving a serial number does not exist error message, please uninstall Nitro PDF Pro on your computer then install version 13 using the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. I recommended installing Nitro PDF Pro 13 as this is the version of the license you purchased under email address ***@comiteri.be.
