Gap in Purchasing Activation Process

There is a serious gap in the current purchase and activation process.  I receive an email with the invoice.  Then nothing else.  No way to download the software.  No activation key.  And on top of that I don't even know if an activation key is required anymore.  Do I have to go through the Admin Portal?  What are the instructions for that?  Where did the 2 licenses I just purchased for our end users go.  This product is as good as Adobe Acrobat and at half the cost but the recent changes to purchasing and activation have made me think about taking our company back to Acrobat.

I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. 

In checking your recent license purchase, I see that you purchased the Nitro Pro subscription.
In Nitro Pro subscription, the activation is based on logging in using a Nitro Sign account, and this account should have a license assigned which can be managed through Nitro Admin portal. 

Please let me know if you still cannot activate and if you need access to your Nitro Admin portal.
