Juan Salas Posted January 29 Report Posted January 29 I cannot activate Nitro Pro in my new computer. I tried to ask for help by chat and no one give me an answer. I submitted a ticket and I haven't received an answer and just an email that guide me to the same process. Error. The serial number entered does not exist.

An activation issue, such as serial number does not exist, will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate. Please check the version of your serial number using our license portal: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal From the license portal, kindly take note of the version (the Nitro PDF Pro application installed on the computer must match this version). To check which version is installed on the computer, launch Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version does not match the license's version, please uninstall and then install the appropriate Nitro PDF Pro version. The Nitro PDF Pro installer (versions 13 and 14) can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please download the version that matches your serial number. Please note that versions 13 and 14 are the supported versions at this point. Version 12 and older are no longer supported as these have reached the End of Life (see Sunset Policy).
