Combined Files Corrupted since moving to pro

Hi, 

Since moving to Nitro Pro from the free trial I have noticed some files are corrupted. This is happening sporadically and only since I purchased the Pro product. Can someone please advise on how to fox this?

I could not reproduce this issue when combining files using my Nitro PDF Pro 14. 
Could you please confirm if the files being saved to a network drive or locally? I have seen circumstances where files can become corrupted when the save process does not complete fully. 

I understand this is happening at irregular intervals, but if you try to repeat the same workflow on the same documents, can this reproduce the issue?
