Hello I've run my serial numbers through the portal: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

And it says they are version 12 and no activations, but when I try to activate on the computers it says its not for the version or invalid serial number.

Trying to get assistance via a ticket but it's impossible to do so, you get redirected to the license portal or the KB, such a bad experience with support.
