Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted February 6 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 6 Greetings @Cassandra DU Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! It seems that you have installed the Business Edition which requires a serial number during activation. You will need to uninstall and install the Enterprise edition so you can upload the license and activate. However, we need to check your license file and determine which version of Nitro PDF Pro Enterprise is required. If you can provide here the file name of your license file, I can search for it and determine the appropriate installer. Kind regards,
Cassandra DU
Hi @Reymund Oyong Thanks for your response! I've installed the Enterprise edition, and tried the "Load from file" option, but it says that the serial number is invalid. 7******d-***6-***8-***0-d*********d9 is the name of my license file. Thanks for your help, Edited February 27 by Reymund Oyong Hiding license filename details
