Reactivation and Deactivation Issue

Please assist. I have switched computers and I cannot download Nitro Pro license / serial number that I had previously purchased. I deactivated the serial number and have attempted to reactivate it on the new computer multiple times with no luck.

In checking the purchased license under your email address *******702@comcast.net, I see a version 13 license. 
The activation records of the license show that there is a recent activation that went successful. Could you please confirm if you were able to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 and able to activate it using your version 13 license?
