Opening PDF created/edited in Bluebeam Revu missing letters

We have documents created and edited in Bluebeam Revu. When we open the PDF we notice missing characters. Seems to be the first letter. Opening it in Adobe, Chrome, and FreePDF works fine.

Using version 14.5.0.11.
Font used is ArialMT

i have upgraded my nitro and now when i open some pdf they are a scramble of letters but if i open in in Adobe it is fine?
