Activating my Nitro Productivity Suite

I purchased Nitro Productivity Suite (Nitro Pro 12 & Nitro Cloud) from cleverbridge on November 15, 2018 and installed it on my Lenovo Ideapad Y580. I recently replaced that laptop with a new Lenovo Legion Pro 5 and I am trying to download Nitro Productivity Suite onto this new computer. I have followed the instructions for entering my Serial Number to Activate my software after downloading a 14 day Trial and have been notified that the serial number does not exist.

I click the link and brings me to a "SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET" page. I select Nitro PDF Pro, then it asks for my name and email. I click Next. I get a page with the question "What do you need help with today?", I select Activation and I'm sent to a page where I enter my Serial number then click "Find License".  Then, I'm presented with my license's info.  There is a red "Deactivate" button. After clicking on it, I get the message "Please select devices to deactivate". There a NO DEVICES displayed on this page so I don't know what this is supposed to do.  If I click the blue "support ticket" link suggested in the page and it just brings me back to repeat the same process again without any resolution.  I need help please with this.

An activation issue, such as serial number does not exist, will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate. 
Furthermore, we no longer support Nitro Pro 12 and older versions as these have reached the End of Life (see Sunset Policy) and their activation servers have been shut down. 

We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements and many feature enhancements, particularly in Conversion, OCR, and Accessibility functions.
