Unable to send a document for signing

Hi

I'm having problems with one particular document that I'm trying to send for signing.  These are error messages that I've received multiple times with the same document.

* Error - There was an error while sending this request.  Please try again later.

Followed immediately by:

* This document may already be out for signing.

This is what I've tried:

* check that the document isn't already waiting to be signed - including

* deleted the uploaded document and re-upload

* logged out and signed back in again.

I have successfully sent several other documents this afternoon without issue.

Any suggestions how to fix this problem?
