Joseph Roccanova
My computer somehow updated to Windows 11 on its own. I reverted it back to Windows 10, but cannot open Nitro any longer. I tried activating through your support menu using my Nitro 13 serial number, but could only activate a 30-day trial. Please help reactivate my program. Joseph Roccanova
1. The message I get when I enter my 18 digit serial number is: "The serial number entered does not exist" 2. My Nitro 13 Serial Number is: 504*************70. It was purchased on December **, 20** under your Invoice Number BKD-73*******26, Your reference number: 30*****39, for $195.51. When I go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro as you suggest, it shows the trial version Nitro PDF Pro 14.19.1.29 Edited February 20 by Reymund Oyong Hide Serial Number and reference numbers. Joseph Roccanova
... I also tried downloading the Nitro 13 installer from the link: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link, as you suggest in other chats, but it would not install because a newer version of Nitro (the trial version 14) is already installed. I tried uninstalling that version, but I get a failure mewsage that "Nitro PDF Pro Setup Wizard has failed"
Joseph Roccanova
FYI - I was finally able to resolve the problem by deleting the trial version and then reactivating Nitro Pro 13 using my serial number.
