Upon checking, the invoice receipt was sent to the email address *******fer@glwas.com.
Aside from your email inbox, I recommend checking as well your spam/junk mail folder. 

I have also asked our merchant (CleverBridge) to send again the invoice receipt to the email address you used to purchase the license.

I have also sent you a direct message here about the details of your serial number.
