Error Code 0x4003000A When Opening A File More Than 100MB

I'm using Nitro PDF Pro and installed the latest version 14.19.1.29 but still getting an error code 0x4003000A when opening ANY files with a file size more than 100MB. Please fix this issue, I already purchased licenses and I don't want it to go to waste.

This is a critical shortcoming in the product for my use.  Version 13 does NOT have this issue.

It definitely does not resolve the problem. Version 14.7.1.21 has the same issue as of 03 APR 2024.

 

Also, are these forums seriously the only way to contact support? Because that's even more absurd than the software not working.

If you are still receiving this error code in the 14.22.1.0 build, would it be possible to share a copy of the document that can trigger the error message?
